How to get support if you believe SKY Index has malfunctioned If you believe SKY Index has malfunctioned, please send an email to support@sky-software.com. Please be sure to be as descriptive as possible when reporting a problem. We can't help you unless you can convey to us the nature of the problem accurately. Example of a good problem report: I was trying to use the Shift Left command by using the keyboard shortcut F11. I had selected five records prior to using the command and when I invoked the command, the program shut down. I've attached the index I was working on when the problem occurred. I had selected all records with the main heading "low cost housing" when the crash occurred. Example of a bad problem report: SKY Index shut down when I was trying to edit the index. |
